Kumihimo, the Japanese art of Braiding. This is a 2-day class. The first day, you learn how to braid, what fibers to braid with, and how to determine the length of your braid. The second day will be for finishing your work, learning how make it into a necklace.
The braids usually for necklaces, can also be used for belts, keychains, bracelets, purse handles, embellishment for clothing, and many other items. Beads can also be added during the braiding process.
